\u201cLast weekend in New York, while engaging myself with purely New Yorker activities within Tribeca and Soho, I came across this Parisian luxury bakery dating back to the 1860s. I had already tasted its patisserie macaroons and croissants – which are to die for :)) in Paris and upon this pleasant encounter I found myself taking a dive into the Parisienne atmosphere in the middle of Soho – New York<\/p>\n

It felt very much like the movie “Midnight in Paris”, only this time it was an early morning in New York. Not only was I deeply drawn to this exquisite taste, but also couldn’t help but ponder about the founder, Louis-Ernest Laduree, writer, poet, social thinker and critic on political, social and religious dogma. I believe only such a creative mind could come up with a world renowned bakery \u2013 after all success is not a coincidence, and neither is luxury…<\/p>\n
