I had already tasted its patisserie macaroons and croissants &#8211; which are to die for :)) in Paris and upon this pleasant encounter I found myself taking a dive into the Parisienne atmosphere in the middle of Soho &#8211; New York<\/p>\n<p>It felt very much like the movie &#8220;Midnight in Paris&#8221;, only this time it was an early morning in New York. Not only was I deeply drawn to this exquisite taste, but also couldn&#8217;t help but ponder about the founder, Louis-Ernest Laduree, writer, poet, social thinker and critic on political, social and religious dogma.
